We are looking for a reliable and proactive Housekeeping Porter to join our Housekeeping team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our back-of-house operations run seamlessly, helping us deliver magical guest experiences every day. Whether you’re looking for part-time, full-time, or flexible hours, we have opportunities to suit your lifestyle.
What you’ll be doing:
* Receiving and securing deliveries, ensuring all goods are of the correct quality and quantity.
* Moving linen, guest supplies, and other stock around the hotel to support the housekeeping and wider back-of-house teams.
* Maintaining storerooms, cupboards, and refuse/recycling areas to a high standard – clean, tidy, organised, and secure at all times.
* Assisting Room Attendants and other team members with the delivery of items needed to complete their tasks.
* Supporting with stock takes and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
* Responding to guest needs and requests with professionalism and care.
* Being flexible and willing to support other departments when needed.
* Shifts are mainly during the day, between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
* We offer contracts from 20 to 40 hours per week, up to 5 days including weekends.
* Prefer something more flexible? We also have weekend and holiday-only roles – perfect for students or those with other commitments.
Who you are:
* Organised, dependable, and physically capable of manual handling tasks.
* A great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible and happy to support across departments when required.
* Previous experience in housekeeping or food & beverage operations is desirable, but not essential.
