Salary: £13.26 - £17.96 per hour
The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) based on physical demands and working conditions. A market supplement is applied to night and weekend shifts, increasing hourly rates to between £17.68 - £17.96.
Location: Birthwaite, Phoenix Way, Windermere
Available hours: 1 x 32.75 hours/week, 1 x 21 hours/week, 1 x 0 hours/week
Note: The role involves working in a 24/7 service, including weekends and bank holidays, with shifts typically between 7am – 3pm, 2:30pm – 10pm, and 9:45pm – 7:15am, over a two-week rota. Lone working is involved.
About the role:
Providing support within Extra Care Housing, supporting tenants to maintain independence through physical and emotional care, assistance with medication, personal care, meal prep, and other needs.
