An exciting opportunity has opened within the Supply Chain operations organisation for the position of a Technical Incoming Inspector based at Belfast.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Carrying out Inspection, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Functions.
- Ensuring product compliance with design specification, customer and approving authority requirements and regulations.
- Providing instruction and advice to operators as and when required.
- Monitoring the Delegated Operator Scheme.
- Working flexibly in groups.
- Writing technical reports to highlight drawing, process and tooling anomalies to instigate investigation and corrective action.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL:
- Applicants must have completed a recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship and have a minimum of 2 years' relevant post apprenticeship experience in an electrical aerospace environment or a manufacturing/assembly or tooling environment.
- Candidates must be familiar with quality control requirements.
- The ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and to communicate effectively is essential.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate a knowledge of Company manufacturing and assembly practices, requirements and standards.
