Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker with our young client in Tresillian (village outside of Truro).
When you'll be working:
1. Evenings (4-hour shifts) and weekends
2. Exact hours still to be confirmed
3. Part-time
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our new 16-year-old client with complex health needs in her family home during evenings and weekends.
Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
Please note: we require drivers to drive the client's vehicle; therefore, you must hold a full UK drivers licence.
