The ideal Deputy General Manager would have experience working in a Drive Thru and be used to working in a fast-paced QSR environment that is exposed to high-volume sales and a large team. You need to be adaptable when it comes to people and customers, and be driven to deliver great results.

AS A DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER YOU'LL BE Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within, regardless of if the General Manager is in store or not
Developing and managing the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers
Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
Your store will need to run smoothly on the day-to-day operations and think about long term planning. You will play a part in all aspects of running a Five Guys Restaurant
