Job Description
We are looking for a well‑organised and detail‑focused Presentation Content Executive to support the creation of clear, consistent and on‑brand presentations across Freemans Event Partners. This role supports the F&B Operations team by helping to bring together information, data and content into well‑structured presentation materials, while reporting into Marketing to ensure brand consistency and content quality control.
Job Requirements
* Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, confident and persuasive content.
* Experience using AI tools for content creation, including expert‑level prompt writing.
* Good understanding of presentation storytelling, structure and visual hierarchy.
* A digital‑first approach, harnessing brilliant technology to make work infinitely scalable.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.
Job Responsibilities
Client Presentations & Proposals
* Create polished, engaging and on‑brand presentations for external clients, including:
* Event line‑up and pre‑event presentations
* New business proposals and tenders
* Post‑event wash‑up reviews and performance reports
* Ensure all presentations align with Freemans Event Partners’ brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual standards.
* Translate complex operational, commercial and performance data into clear, client‑friendly narratives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work closely with venue managers, event managers, the data and revenue reporting team and marketing colleagues to gather content and insight.
* Act as a central point of coordination, managing inputs from multiple stakeholders and shaping them into a cohesive story.
* Confidently challenge and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy and impact.
AI & Content Excellence
* Lead the use of AI tools (e.g. Gamma) to support presentation creation, structure and design.
* Write high‑quality AI prompts to generate strong first drafts, frameworks and visuals.
* Edit and refine AI‑generated content to ensure it is accurate, human, commercially sound and client‑ready.
* Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and best practice, sharing learnings with the wider team where relevant.
Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
* Maintain consistently high standards across all client‑facing materials, working closely with the Design Manager.
* Develop and evolve presentation templates and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
* Identify opportunities to improve how we tell our story through data, insight and visual communication.
