The Role As a Recruitment Consultant in our Industrial Division, youll play a vital role in securing fresh work in the industrial sector, this role will be heavily sales focused to continue its growth structure, we have a resourcer who will support you by sourcing, screening, and registering candidates for you to place across a variety of industrial roles. Youll build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring both parties receive exceptional service every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients Interview, and match candidates to client vacancies Manage the full recruitment process from Newley Registered to placement Maintain compliance with all employment legislation and company policies Work towards sales and performance targets with enthusiasm and integrity What Were Looking For Previous experience in recruitment in a fast-paced sales role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven attitude Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of the industrial recruitment division. A passion for Sales - this will be the largest part of your day to day work.
