Up to £29,936.00per annum depending on experience

Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to be based at our nursery located in our Nuffield Health gym.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the brilliant nurseries inside the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity. We’re looking for the right person to join us here and help ensure the best mix of high-quality care, learning and play.
As a Nursery Room Leader it’s important that you’re qualified to NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies (or equivalent) and you have experience of working in a nursery setting.
As our Nursery Room Leader, you will:
* Head a small team, ensuring the highest standards are maintained
* Help deliver full day care, sessional care and pre-school for ages 3 months to 5 years
* Promote health and wellbeing, helping children achieve the best possible start in life
* Ensure that learning is linked to every child’s development
* Maintain great communication with parents, carers and external professionals
* Be aware of and implement current legislation, know and implement safeguarding policies and procedures
To succeed as a Nursery Room Leader, you will need:
* Will be qualified to a NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies or equivalent
* Have experience in a Nursery setting, and have work with children
* Preferred paediatric first aid qualifications
* All candidate will require an enhanced DBS
