We are working with a well-established and growing engineering manufacturing business seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a customer-facing role within a technical environment, where you will play a key part in managing client relationships, coordinating orders, and driving account growth.
The Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a high level of service throughout the full order lifecycle.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing day-to-day communication with customers and acting as their internal representative
* Coordinating orders from placement through to delivery, working closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams
* Monitoring schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time delivery
* Supporting commercial activities including quotations, cost tracking, and margin awareness
* Preparing and presenting customer performance data and KPIs
* Building strong, long-term relationships to support account growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating cross-functionally to support new projects and continuous improvement initiatives
