As our Reception and Office Support Co-ordinator you will be undertaking front-of-house reception duties with personal assistant (PA) support and facilities coordination. This is an essential and key role for Foresters ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff, while also supporting senior team members with administrative tasks and helping maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
Your day to day will include:
Reception Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and post, directing queries appropriately.
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
PA Support
* Provide diary management and meeting coordination for senior staff.
* Arrange travel and accommodation bookings.
* Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required.
* Support with expense claims and administrative follow-up.
Facilities Support
* Act as a point of contact for office maintenance and supplier coordination.
* Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
* Support health and safety compliance, including first aid and fire safety checks.
* Assist with onboarding new employees (e.g., desk setup, access passes).
Working hours are 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 17.00.

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with health and safety procedures in an office environment.
* Experience supporting facilities or office management functions highly advantageous.
