Engineering and Fleet Workshop Manager – Casepak Ltd
As the Engineering and Fleet Workshop Manager you will manage a team of HGV Technicians, Maintenance Engineers and Service Staff, overseeing the fleet of lorries (Roll on Roll off, Artic and Rigid) as well as fixed and mobile plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and be responsible for the Workshop and Engineering Department including a team of HGV Technicians, Engineers, a Service Coordinator and Administrator
* Oversee the maintenance of our fleet of HGV, Plant Equipment and Material Handling Equipment
* Meet agreed KPIs, implement positive change and manage performance
* Complete risk assessments and maintain health and safety standards
* Ensure the smooth running of PPMs and reactive maintenance within the plant
* Ensure targeted MOT pass rates are achieved
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Previous experience of running a busy HGV fleet workshop
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience in a fast‑moving maintenance environment
* Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and other computer‑based programmes
* Qualification in HGV maintenance
