We're looking to hire 2 new Recruitment Consultants, to join the team in Dartford, Kent.
We're looking for those with 6+ months sales experience (recruitment experience is not essential)
We will mentor and coach you, to become a leading recruiter in the space, with opportunities for you to move into leadership roles in the long-term.
We are based in Dartford Kent, and are looking for someone local / able to be office based.
Salary range: £20-24k dependent on experience.
Commission range of 10-25%, plus company wide profit bonuses paid quarterly.
Requirements
* 6+ months experience in a sales and / or recruitment type role
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills
* Comfortable being on the phone for large periods of the day
* A desire to win - you must be competitive!
* Money motivated!
