We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Miller to join our clients well-established team. This role involves the precision manufacture of medical instruments in a calm, clean, and professional working environment. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from engineering drawings are essential. Our client uses Fanuc controls on their CNC Mills, and the machines are Doosan and a Doosan vertical milling machines Description
LOCATION: NR Stonehouse
HOURS: Mon to Thurs 7am -16.30pm/ Fri – 7am- 11am
START DATE: ASAP
PAY: £38, - £40, (Dependant on experience)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Via either Temporary to Permanent or Straight Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
•Set up, operate, and adjust CNC milling machines
•Manufacture precision components for medical instruments
•Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
•Work to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
•Use OneCNC software for programming and machining operations
•Work with CAD/CAM systems to support production
•Conduct in-process inspection and final quality control checks
•Maintain a clean and organised workspace
•Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
Skills & Experience Required:
•Proven experience as a CNC Miller
•Strong knowledge of machining principles and precision engineering
•Ability to read and work confidently from engineering drawings
•Experience using OneCNC (preferred)
•Working knowledge of CAD and CAM software
•Experience in manufacturing precision or medical components (advantageous)
•Good understanding of quality control processes
