This could be just the position for you My client is a very well-respected firm in the local area and has a very loyal client portfolio. They are now looking to recruit a new Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. Working with a diverse client portfolio, you will take responsibility for bookkeeping and VAT return preparation, along with preparing year-end financial accounts and tax returns ready for review. You will use a variety of digital accounting software packages and assist your clients with their usage. This role would be an ideal fit for a qualified AAT or active studier, and you will need to demonstrate a strong recent background in an accountancy practice environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the role will involve extensive client contact.
