Pharmacist Role at Asda

A typical day involves dispensing, delivering services, managing your team, and delivering excellent service to all our customers. Every day is fast-paced and varied, so no one day is the same in an Asda pharmacy.
Our supermarket pharmacies offer a wide range of opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to ensure we are always available for our customers. Our pharmacists are a vital part of their local communities, building relationships and providing expert care and advice, especially to the most vulnerable.
Shifts
* Week 1: Saturday 3pm-9pm, Monday 4pm-9pm, Thursday 4pm-9pm
* Week 2: Saturday 3pm-9pm, Monday 4pm-9pm, Tuesday 5pm-9pm, Thursday 4pm-9pm
The longest shift (3.00pm-9.00pm) will include a 30-minute break.
Our friendly pharmacies offer a range of NHS services, from emergency prescriptions to Urgent Care. You will need to provide both NHS and Private services, possess excellent communication skills, and show empathy. Safety is paramount; strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this role.
You will be supported by our in-store, regional, and home office teams for clinical and service queries. Regular feedback, business updates, and opportunities for further accreditation funded by Asda are also provided.

* You are a fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
* You are accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services.
* You provide excellent customer and patient care.
* You have drive and ambition to meet business targets.
* You have proven leadership skills in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
