We are partnering with a top legal 200 firm with a large presence across Hertfordshire, Essex and East Anglia who are looking to grow their Property Litigation team.
The ideal candidate would have 4 years+ PQE with expertise in Property Litigation matters and have a genuine passion for this area.
They want someone who would have experience in drafting court/tribunal proceedings, is comfortable dealing with land registry requirements and would be able to join the team and hit the ground running.
The team advises on:
* Commercial Property Landlord and tenant matters
* Property guardianship possession actions
* Commercial dilapidations
* Boundary disputes
* Succession
* Evictions
* Commercial and residential leases
* Restrictive covenant disputes
* Enfranchisement matters
The successful candidate:
* 4+ years PQE as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
* Previous training working within a reputable law firm
* Able to work autonomously and part of a team where required.
* Able to develop working relationships at all levels.
