You'll be working alongside experienced teachers to support students in and out of the classroomproviding tailored academic support, helping to manage behaviour, and ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to succeed.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supporting students across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)
* Providing one-to-one and group support to students, including those with SEND or additional learning needs
* Assisting with classroom activities, lesson planning, and resource preparation
* Encouraging student engagement, participation, and independence
* Helping to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
