Ceto Talent is partnering with a growing European renewable energy developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP) that is delivering large-scale clean energy infrastructure across the continent. The company operates across solar PV, onshore wind and battery energy storage (BESS) and manages a substantial pipeline of renewable projects across Europe. With several projects already in construction and additional capacity moving into delivery over the coming months, the organisation is expanding its project delivery and contract management capability. The Role As Contract Manager, you will play a key role in managing and protecting the contractual position of the business during the construction and delivery phases of renewable energy projects. Working closely with the Legal, Construction and Project Delivery teams, you will oversee EPC and supplier contracts, provide contractual guidance to internal stakeholders, and support the management of claims, variations and contractor obligations. This role sits at the intersection of legal, commercial and project delivery, ensuring contractual risks are managed effectively across a portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage contractual compliance of EPC contractors, suppliers and service providers throughout project execution Draft and manage contractual notices and formal communications to protect the company’s contractual rights Provide guidance to project and construction teams on contract interpretation, risk allocation, claims and variations Identify potential contractual risks or deviations and recommend mitigation strategies Support the negotiation and review of contracts, amendments and project agreements Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence logs and change management documentation Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance and Development Requirements Minimum 7 years’ experience in contract management within renewable energy, infrastructure or major construction projects Strong understanding of EPC contracts and FIDIC contract structures Experience managing contract execution during project delivery, including claims, variations and delays Ability to translate complex contractual issues into clear commercial advice for project teams Strong written communication and contract drafting skills Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline preferred.
