Job Title: Psychology Graduate – Behaviour & Learning Support
Location: Liverpool & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full Time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to apply your knowledge and passion for mental health and behaviour to support young people in education?

We are currently recruiting Psychology Graduates for multiple full-time roles across SEN schools and alternative provisions in Liverpool and surrounding areas. These roles offer invaluable hands-on experience for those considering a future in educational psychology, mental health, teaching, or therapeutic services.

The Role:

As a Psychology Graduate working in these settings, you will:

* Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), autism, ADHD, and other additional learning needs
* Help students regulate their emotions and develop positive coping strategies
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored interventions and support academic engagement
* Collaborate with experienced teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure each student receives the support they need
* Be a positive and consistent role model, building strong and supportive relationships with students

Who We’re Looking For:

* A recent (or soon-to-be) graduate with a degree in Psychology or a related field
* Passionate about improving outcomes for young people with additional needs
* Interested in mental health, behaviour, and the psychology of learning
* A calm, resilient, and empathetic individual with a proactive approach
* Strong communicator, able to work as part of a wider team
* Experience in care, mentoring, youth work, or voluntary roles with young people is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
