An award-winning block management company is seeking an experienced Key Client Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of complex residential developments, including high-rise buildings, new builds, and estates requiring Building Safety Act (BSA) compliance.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you will act as the main point of contact for key clients, delivering exceptional service while managing day-to-day operations, budgets, compliance, and strategic planning. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to site visits.
Key Responsibilities of the Key Client Manager:
1. Manage a portfolio of complex residential sites, including high-rise and mixed-use buildings.
2. Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring high standards of maintenance, repair, and presentation.
3. Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, including resident queries, issue resolution, and contractor management.
