£We're looking for a Client-Facing Cloud Implementation Specialist to join a growing Digital Services team within a well-established professional services environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a technical support, MSP, or IT service background who is ready to step into a more client-facing and consultative role.
You'll support businesses as they transition onto modern cloud accounting platforms such as Xero and QuickBooks Online, helping them through onboarding, data migration, and go-live support.
This is a hands-on role where you'll combine technical troubleshooting, systems understanding, and client communication to deliver smooth implementations across multiple clients.
Supporting clients through cloud accounting migrations (Xero & QuickBooks Online)
Helping design efficient, simplified future-state workflows
Troubleshooting data, integration, and configuration issues
Supporting bank feeds, chart of accounts, and system setups
Improving data quality and supporting process standardisation
Providing support to junior team members and assisting with quality checks
1st line / 2nd line IT support
~ MSP / managed service provider environments
~ SaaS support or software implementation roles
~ Internal IT support looking to move into client-facing work
