Sales Consultant – Property
Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (office-based)
OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced, high-performing property team based in Leeds. This role sits at the front end of the sales process, responsible for handling inbound enquiries and converting interest into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries from prospective buyers, sellers and investors
Build rapport quickly and professionally with clients over the phone
Qualify leads and identify genuine opportunities
Book appointments for senior sales team and valuers
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within internal systems
Deliver a high standard of customer service at all stages of the enquiry process
Work towards individual and team-based performance targets
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive and target-driven approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Organised with good attention to detail
A genuine interest in property is advantageous
