We are seeking an architect licensed in Washington State to assist with our already completed building plans in CAD format. The building is approximately 950 square feet and already been built in other states. We would like to have the plans reviewed to meet local building guidelines and requirements and prepare construction documents. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing and refining architectural designs, as well as familiarity with the state-specific building codes.
