About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and completing purchases at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and style.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find items they need and discover new options.
- Store Standards – maintain front‑and‑back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, assist loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
