Analysis of data sets (national and organisational) and making subsequent recommendations in line with best practice guidelines and Waythrough policies and procedures Supporting the development and implementation of action plans following service audits for achieving and maintaining performance targets and KPIs and appropriate quality standards. To support in the development of policy,enable safety and quality in service delivery and mobilisation/decommissioning of services. Key accountabilities: Support the Director of Pharmacy to provide leadership and management to the ClinicalServices in various regions and communicate key decisions. Contribute to the development of the Clinical strategy through involvement in strategicbusiness planning and communicating and implementing this at service and regional level. Person Specification Qualifications Registered as a Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician with GPhC Accreditation with relevant professional body e.g. RPS Faculty, CMHP credentialed. Further post-graduate qualifications/accreditation in substance misuse/associated subject matter e.g. RCGP Part 2, MSc, RPS credentialed as consultant-ready.
