They are now seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Sales Manager to join their dynamic team, with a focus on travel sales and leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with both the language skills and the passion for Italy, leading a sales team to drive performance while ensuring every client enquiry is managed with skill and attention.

Job Description:
In this role, you will oversee the success of the sales team, foster collaboration across the business, and work closely with the owner on key objectives.
* Oversee team performance, providing regular feedback, guidance, and motivation to achieve targets
* Lead weekly meetings to review progress, address challenges, and maintain accountability
* Allocate leads fairly, balancing workload, staff strengths, and business needs
* Support team in resolving challenges independently, stepping in to handle escalated client issues when required
* Act as the main contact for sales partners, building strong and effective relationships
* Drive the adoption of new systems and processes through training and ongoing support
* Develop and implement sales strategies, budgets, and initiatives to meet business goals
* Monitor existing products and contribute ideas for new offerings to enhance revenue
* Work closely with senior leadership to refine team objectives and ensure alignment with business priorities
Experience Required:
* Must have 2 years minimum management experience or similar
* Fluent (C1) in written and spoken Italian and English (non-negotiable)
* Strong knowledge of designing private, customised itineraries for US clients travelling to Italy
* Confident using multiple systems and adapting quickly to new technology
* Strong experience in managing staff with adaptable leadership styles
* Skilled in recognising and developing employee talent for career growth
* Experience in coaching and training teams on systems and processes
* Knowledge of onboarding and off-boarding procedures
