Office Administrator - McGregor Electrical
McGregor Electrical is a busy and growing electrical company. We're looking for a friendly, organised Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
* Take job bookings from clients and property managers.
* Allocate jobs to our electricians and update our job system.
* Communicate with staff, clients, and tenants to confirm schedules.
* Keep records accurate and up-to-date.
* Support the team with general office tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous office admin experience (property management experience a plus).
* Great organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and computer skills.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
