DNA Recruit is teaming up with a leading Experiential Agency, specialising in crafting memorable brand experiences across various sectors. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes through innovation and creativity.
As the Staffing Account Manager, your responsibilities include supervising staffing operations, which entails handling recruitment, selection, and coordination of staff for client activations, events, and campaigns. Additionally, you will be tasked with nurturing strong talent connections, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, and fulfilling client staffing requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Lead client activations to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
* Offer innovative staffing solutions for smooth activation execution.
* Foster positive team environments by nurturing staff relationships.
* Act as the main client contact for staffing needs, providing tailored solutions.
* Manage activation setup, client briefs, and progress tracking.
* Supervise brand and store activations to align with client objectives.
* Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance.
* Manage budgeting and reporting for staffing activities.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role within an experiential marketing or event management agency is preferred.
* Familiarity and expertise in executing brand activations for FMCG and retail brands.
* Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Proven organizational skills with multitasking abilities.
* Experience in budgeting and reporting.
* Proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Location: London, Hybrid UK (Onsite 3 days per week)
Salary: £35,000
