Job Description
3. Manage day-to-day global treasury operations, including cash management, FX, and multi-currency liquidity.
4. Oversee cash forecasting, reporting, and standardisation across subsidiaries.
5. Lead treasury system strategies, automation, and enhancements.
6. Partner with senior stakeholders (CFO, finance, tax, legal) on funding, capital structure, and M&A support.
7. Optimize banking relationships, cash pooling, intercompany financing, and treasury policies.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
9. Manage and mentor a Treasury Analyst to ensure effective operational support.
10. Resolve banking or payment issues and oversee bank account management, guarantees, and mandates.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Treasury Manager should have:
11. Qualified accountant (PQE) or recognized treasury qualification (e.g., ACT, Diploma in Treasury Management).
12. Minimum 5 years' experience in treasury operations, including multi-currency cash management.
13. Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
14. Experience in treasury systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, banking portals) and cash management tools.
15. Proactive, results-oriented, with the ability to lead change and transformation projects.
16. Excellent presentation, modeling, and analytical skills.
