Our client is seeking a Sr. Product Researcher to lead high-impact, user-centered research across both physical and digital products. This role directly shapes product direction by uncovering deep customer insights that influence strategy, innovation, and experience design. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading qualitative and quantitative user research across product lines
- Conducting usability testing, surveys, interviews, and market/TAM analysis
- Translating research findings into actionable product and design recommendations
- Building dashboards and synthesizing data using Excel/Tableau or similar tools
- Managing a direct report and external research vendors
- Partnering with Product, UX, and Engineering teams on product decisions
- Presenting insights and influencing stakeholder alignment
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Degree in psychology, HCI, human factors, or related field
- Strong foundation in statistics and behavioral analysis
- Experience with mixed-method UX/product research
- Ability to evaluate mobile applications and UI experiences
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
