What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed branch targets. Identify and win new instructions, increasing the agency’s market presence. Manage performance reporting and contribute to operational planning. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven success within an estate agency at Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator level. Strong record in instruction winning and deal progression. Natural leader with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially aware, goal-oriented, and highly organised. Knowledge of the Horley property market is advantageous.
