Key responsibilities
* Be part of the kitchen team responsible for delivering the Travel menus daily
* Complete delegated tasks set by the senior kitchen team
* Follow specific recipes and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality food production
* Work confidently across both hot and cold kitchen sections
* Work closely with the packing team to ensure food is produced on time for smooth daily operations
* Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organisation
* Assist with stock management including labelling, rotation, and allergen control
* Ensure all food is prepared according to job sheets and operational requirements
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment (high-volume or premium catering desirable)
* Food Safety Level 2 qualification as a minimum
* Confident working with recipe cards and detailed specifications
* Passionate about food quality and consistency
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* A positive team player with a willingness to learn and develop
