The Trust is now part of a 'group' model of working, which involves the coming together of three acute Trusts (Great Western Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (GWH), Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (RUH) and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust (SFT)) working in collaboration to achieve sustainable and consistent delivery of care across the region whilst facing ongoing financial challenges.
To harmonise corporate services, a review is currently in progress which seeks to align 'same' services across the group and understand what work is needed and how this can be delivered in an improved and sustainable way.
The eRoster team at Salisbury are part of this review; working together with our colleagues to understand what this will mean in future. This role has two key priorities - acting as a key enabler, supporting the development and delivery of the future group model, and for leading and supporting the Salisbury team throughout the transition into the new model.
Main duties of the job
On a day-to-day basis, the eRoster Manager will lead and manage the eRoster service and team to deliver high quality eRoster support and guidance to all members of staff across the Trust and ensure that the system is used efficiently and effectively across the organisation.

The service is about to conclude the delivery of medical rostering implementation and will refocus its efforts on completing the remaining Agenda for Change rosters (c. 30 units).
