We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join the Technology Team at Yorkshire Water and be part of helping Yorkshire Water provide the best service to our customers.

We look after communities, protect the environment, and plan to look after Yorkshire water, today, tomorrow 24/7, 365 days a year. The Technology function is a key part of how we meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
Where You Fit In
* Log incidents and service requests accurately.
* Manage the Service Desk queue and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Resolve incidents using problem‑solving skills and escalates when needed.
* Support onboarding of new services in line with the Service Introduction Process.
* Follow ITIL‑aligned incident management processes.
* Maintain and promote the IT knowledge‑base and self‑help materials.
* Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and security policies.
* Deliver excellent customer service across all support channels.
* Drive service improvements and review processes regularly.
* Facilitate IT inductions, ensuring systems and equipment are ready for new starters.
* Promote a customer‑first culture within Shared Services.
