Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and motivated person to join our Stoke-on-Trent operations team. Managing construction projects, you will lead project teams, communicating business and project objectives to all members and ensuring company procedures are followed.

Job Purpose
To manage construction projects for profitable and timely delivery. The Contracts Manager leads the project team, communicates objectives, and ensures procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
* Set high safety and environmental standards, ensuring procedures are applied.
* Build rapport with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
* Plan all project aspects, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
* Own project programs, develop, track, and act on them.
* Manage design processes and consultant teams to meet budgets and timelines.
* Promote company values and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Set goals and development objectives for team members.
* Empower managers to make appropriate decisions.
* Manage profit and loss, working with QS to meet targets.
* Report delays or disruptions and work towards resolutions.
Experience
* At least 3 years as a Contracts Manager or 5 years as a Project Manager.
* Experience in D&B, framework, two-stage, and negotiated contracts. Preconstruction knowledge and tendering experience.
