Responsibilities
* As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
* Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, and look after customers\' specific needs.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
* Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Skills
* Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment with a genuine smile and an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
* Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; good teamwork.
* Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
* Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
