Hays education are proudly supporting an amazing primary school in Wallasey with the recruitment of a School Administrator. The school are seeking a dynamic and organised administrator to join their team on a long-term basis after the Easter break.
Your new role
As a School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our school. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting staff and students, and ensuring that our school runs efficiently. Your duties will include:
* Overseeing daily school operations
* Managing school records and databases
* Coordinating schedules and events
* Assisting with budget management and financial reporting
* Communicating with parents, staff, and students
* Ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations
* Supporting the principal and other administrative staff
What you’ll need to succeed
* Proven experience in school administration or a similar role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
* Knowledge of school management software is a plus
