Early Years Educator Level 3Kingswood, Wolverhampton, WV7 3AP
* Full Time | Permanent
* £14.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences for children aged 2 to 4 years
* Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
* Complete observations, assessments and learning records
* Act as a Key Person for allocated children and families
* Build positive relationships with parents, carers and external agencies
* Promote safeguarding, health and wellbeing at all times
* Maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming learning environment
* Support outdoor learning activities and nature-based experiences
* Contribute to wider community events and family engagement activities
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Level 3 childcare qualification
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
* Experience working in an early years setting
* Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
* Experience of observations, assessment and planning
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passion for outdoor learning and nature-based education
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive and professional approach
* Experience working with parents, carers and external agencies
