CRM Executive at THG Beauty
The CRM Executive will support the Beauty Brands CRM team in the execution of the global CRM strategy: briefing creative, building and scheduling emails, SMS, and push app notifications to drive continued growth in sales, whilst delivering a personalised customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the building and scheduling of email templates and the segmentation of the customer database using in house CRM tools.
* Implement A/B testing to ensure emails are optimised to the best performing setups.
* Update templates for automated and triggered email campaigns as and when required.
* Own the email calendar for your brands, ensuring brand & trading requirements are also met.
* Daily analysing and reporting on email campaigns, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Be a champion for email marketing and CRM in the business.
Skills and Experience
* 1-2 years’ email marketing experience
* Time management and organisation: prioritise, structure work & effectively manage time in order to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience writing copy for digital channels
* Strong analytical skills and comfortable using Excel
* A keen eye for detail
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Assertive and pro‑active with a positive attitude
* Passionate about the beauty industry
