Project Coordinator - Regional Technology Initiatives
About the Role:
This strategic role involves coordinating and driving regional technology efforts across Europe. As a key partner, you will ensure seamless communication and execution between headquarters and local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Data Consolidation: Interpret project data from various European countries to inform strategic decisions.
* Coordination Meetings: Organize and lead meetings with local, regional, and headquarters technology teams to align on goals and objectives.
* Executive Reporting: Develop and deliver executive-level reports for senior management, providing insights into project progress and performance.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge the gap between corporate strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment and effective implementation.
* Regional Initiative Rollout: Monitor and support the rollout of regional technology initiatives, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
* Project Milestones: Track project milestones and report progress to central leadership, highlighting areas for improvement.
* Implementation Support: Assist local teams with implementation challenges, escalating issues when necessary to ensure project success.
* Project Scope Definition: Collaborate with project teams to define scope, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring clarity and agreement on project expectations.
* Project Manager Oversight: Supervise project managers to maintain schedules and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Process Streamlining: Oversee all project phases—from planning to deployment—to streamline processes and enhance project delivery speed.
* Performance Metrics: Evaluate and report on project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
