What you'll do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
* Recruit teachers and support staff for schools across London
* Search for candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
* Screen and interview education professionals
* Build strong relationships with schools and clients
* Write engaging CVs and candidate profiles
* Work to clear targets - earning commission for each successful placement
* Become an expert in the education recruitment market
What we're looking for
* A degree OR relevant experience in teaching, sales, recruitment, or customer service
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Resilient, driven, and keen to build a long-term career in recruitment
* Passionate about making a positive impact in education
