Job Advert Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Continuous Improvement and Change Analyst in the Service Improvement Unit.
What you will be doing?
1. Analyze data across all areas related to Continuous Improvement and Change.
2. Develop templates for organizational design and business operating models.
3. Research and undertake continuous improvement, process re-engineering, and change initiatives.
4. Compile reports and feedback on work undertaken.
5. Present findings in written, statistical, and graphical formats, with recommendations.
6. Design and facilitate surveys and consultations, including group work at seminars and events.
