Venn Group is delighted to be working with a renowned broadcasting organisation to recruit two experienced Management Accountants to join their finance team. These interim roles offer an exciting opportunity to support the financial management of a large and high-profile organisation, contributing to both operational and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading on the close of actuals and preparing month-end accounts
* Producing timely and accurate financial reports and variance analysis
* Supporting project reviews and providing financial insight to stakeholders
* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Collaborating with operational teams to support decision-making
* Maintaining and improving financial models and reporting tools
* Ensuring compliance with financial controls and internal policies
* Liaising with internal and external auditors as required
* Supporting continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
Ideal candidate profile:
* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
* Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
* Experience using SAP and other ERP systems
* Previous exposure to group finance functions within large, complex organisations
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
