YOUR MISSIONS As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will work closely with client teams, leading functional areas, defining scope, and delivering tailored Workday solutions. You will be a key team member, implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions globally, building relationships to understand client needs. You will coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities. You may be involved in all phases of a Workday HCM implementation, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester, and Trainer. Your participation can also contribute to the development and enhancement of our service offerings. A high degree of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to client sites or attend global events. YOUR PROFILE Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management. Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions. Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations. Skill in translating client requirements into configuration options. Ability to advise clients on solution evolution during implementation. Experience in facilitating workshops, creating design documents, conducting user acceptance testing, and training end-users. Proficiency in conducting requirement workshops and preparing documentation and presentations. Following Workday methodology to ensure solutions meet client needs. Strong team player with a positive attitude, capable of leading and supporting deployment or evolution projects. Experience in leading design workshops on areas of expertise. Commitment to maintaining best practices and high-quality client service. Participation in sales activities and providing input for work estimates. Effective task prioritization and time management skills. Ability to work independently and supervise others. Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
