Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team at Soarsa, Yaxley. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
Driving & Vehicle Use
We provide a company vehicle that can transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for two years or more.
Pay & Development
Starting rates are £12.71 for Level 1, £13.10 for Level 2 and £13.60 for Level 3. Experience may lead to higher rates. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.

Qualifications

* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Computer literacy
* A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
