About the Role: Junior / Graduate Service Technician
This office-based role supports technical service operations across a diverse product range. It offers an excellent foundation for those seeking a career in medical device support, technical diagnostics, or field service engineering. The position includes responsibilities spanning customer service, product servicing, repairs, and case management, offering insight into both technical and commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support service case triage and daily operations alongside product engineers
· Manage case progress through internal systems, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
· Respond to service-related queries via phone, email, and live chat
· Handle equipment preparation and maintenance for events and field use
· Clean, test, and replenish returned equipment to ensure readiness for deployment
· Maintain accurate inventory levels and service documentation
· Prepare customer quotations and invoices for service and repair work
· Learn diagnostics, servicing, and minor repair procedures under supervision
· Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
· Genuine interest in technical products, servicing, and repair
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Confident using digital tools and learning new systems
· Proactive, dependable, and eager to develop technical skills
· Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems (desirable)
· Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable)
· Relevant qualification in engineering field (ideally degree qualified)
