To keep pace, they need a Material Requirements Planner who understands how planning decisions play out on the warehouse floor, someone who can see both the numbers and the reality behind them. This isn't a role for someone who just clicks buttons. What youll need to succeed: Proven experience in planning and warehouse operations. Youll understand how forecasts translate into physical movements and the operational impact of every decision. Knowledge of supply chain and planning systems. Experience with WMS or ERP systems is ideal. You need to have experience in imports, exports, and handling large amounts of data queries. Strong analytical and Excel skills. Forecasting, stock modelling, and reporting are your foundation. Without them, youll struggle to keep up with the pace. Clear communication across departments. Planning is prediction. Youll need to explain the logic behind your plans to logistics, sales, and senior leadership. Ability to prioritise and adapt. With multiple channels feeding into global distribution, priorities shift fast. Youll need to stay calm, decisive, and flexible. A proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
