Job Description
Role Purpose
* Act as the client’s internal champion and primary contact for non-advice queries
* Deliver excellent client outcomes through relationship management, coordination, and technical support
* Support Financial Planners in producing and implementing advice efficiently and compliantly
Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Maintain proactive relationships, manage queries, prepare clients for reviews, and ensure timely updates
* Business Development: Follow up leads, support onboarding, and identify opportunities for account growth
* Client Outcomes: Assist advisers with strategies, coordinate research, prepare reports, and ensure recommendations are implemented accurately
* Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate client records, ensure all KYC and compliance documentation is complete, and meet internal KPIs
Skills & Experience
* Senior administrator or paraplanner experience within an independent advice environment
* Knowledge of pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection products
* Studying towards Diploma qualification (Level 4 preferred)
* Strong organisation, communication, and multi-tasking skills
* Confident handling technical (non-advice) queries
* Experience with Intelligent Office; FE Analytics, CashCalc, or provider platforms desirable
* Proactive, detail-focused, and commercially aware team player
Working Pattern
* Office-based during probation and competency sign-off
* Hybrid working post-probation (minimum 2 days in-office / up to 3 days WFH)
