Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of our youth services and programmes, specifically leading the Youth Voice and Participation Team within our wider service to ensure delivery meets the highest standards of quality and impact.
* Manage staff, budgets and logistical planning, while maintaining a focus on safeguarding and positive outcomes for young people and the expectations of our stakeholders and partners.
Contract and working arrangements
Salary: £ 51,356 - £54,495 Plus laptop
Working arrangements: Monday - Friday with some evenings and weekend
Hours per week: 37
Contract type: Fixed Term until 31/07/2027
