Supported Housing Worker: High NeedsLOCATION: BristolDuration:Temp - PermSalary: £13.69 PAYE £14.69 UmbrellaHOURS: 37.5 hours per week Mon – Fri 9-5 Embark on a meaningful journey as a Supported Housing Worker: High Needs within a dynamic organization. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals who require specialised support with housing and additional complex needs (mental health, addictions, homelessness).Standout Highlights:

* Contribute to the well-being of individuals with complex needs, ensuring they receive the personalised support to aid their journey.
Preferred Requirements:
* Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing 1:1 support at least once a week.
* Developing and facilitating groups and activities for clients.
* Collaboratively developing support plans and working creatively with clients.
* Helping clients to develop new skills and regain independence, as well as support with social inclusion.
* Maximise services users income, reduce debt, and support to manage finances.
* Supporting the housing team through building compliance checks i.e. health & safety, fire, and water.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in social care, mental health, or a related field.
* Previous experience working in a supported housing or similar community-based setting.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
